• Relationship Manager : Learn building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any issues. They focus on client satisfaction, sales growth, and retention by offering personalized support, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with internal teams. Their goal is to foster long-term, successful partnerships that benefit both the client and the company. 

Qualification &  Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,  Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• A proactive and positive attitude toward learning.
